Result rights

Exclusive rights to the agreed result of the work shall pass to the customer after full payment, unless otherwise specified in the contract.

Customer data

The Customer is responsible for the legality of the transfer of files, downloads and data, including personal data of third parties, if such data is contained in the transferred materials.
