What data is processed

The operator can process the name, email, phone, company information, the content of the appeal, as well as files and documents that the user or customer transmits for the assessment of the task or the provision of services.

Purposes of processing

• processing of applications and appeals;
• preparing a commercial proposal;
• entering into and performance of contracts;
• preparation of one-page reports, interactive analytical reports (HTML reports), presentations and data visualizations;
• communication with customers.

Customer Files

The transferred files may contain data of third parties. The Customer confirms that it has legal grounds for transferring such data to the Operator. Files are only used to perform the agreed task.

Shelf life

Data is stored until the purposes of processing are achieved, the interaction is completed, or consent is withdrawn. Working files for the project may be stored for up to 30 calendar days after the completion of the project for possible revisions, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

Transfer to third parties

Data is not for sale. The transfer is possible only if it is necessary for the performance of the contract, the fulfillment of the requirements of the law or the protection of the Operator's

Data Subject Rights

The user has the right to request information about the processing of personal data, to request clarification, blocking or deletion of data, as well as to withdraw consent by sending a letter to di.qazw@gmail.com.
